The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 23,          
1999, calendar (page 960), was read the third time:                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to municipal service areas and providing for voter           
approval of the formation, alteration, or abolishment of certain               
service areas; and providing for an effective date."                           
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 133(FIN) pass the House?"  The
